Inclusive access

Accessibility Statement

Phi Learning's current accessibility target, known limitations, and a direct way to request help.

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Our approach

Phi Learning wants its public website and member services to be usable by people with diverse abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our internal design and testing target. It is a goal, not a certification or a statement that every page currently conforms.

Accessibility is considered as features are designed, built, reviewed, and revised. We prioritize barriers that prevent people from completing important tasks.

Practices and targets

  • Semantic page structure and meaningful headings.
  • Keyboard-operable controls and visible focus treatment.
  • Labels, instructions, status messages, and text alternatives where applicable.
  • Responsive layouts, readable contrast, light and dark themes, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
  • Important flows are reviewed during development. A complete automated, keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, reflow, and uploaded-document accessibility audit has not yet been completed.

Known limitations

The member learning system is evolving, and some complex authoring, file, table, or assessment interactions may still present barriers. Documents or media uploaded by users or supplied by third parties may not meet the same target. The site has not been independently certified for accessibility.

The newer member workspaces for agreements, invoices, private media, and organization events are prototypes. They follow the same keyboard, labelling, and focus practices as the rest of the portal, but they have not yet completed a full assistive-technology review.

We will continue to address confirmed barriers in proportion to their impact and the availability of a practical fix.

Request help or report a barrier

Email us if you cannot access information or complete a task. Phi Learning will provide an effective alternative format or reasonable modification as required by applicable law. If the requested method is unavailable, we will work with you to identify another effective option. Required accessibility assistance will not carry an additional fee.

Helpful details include:

  • The page address or feature involved.
  • What you were trying to do and what happened.
  • Your browser, device, and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them.

We do not promise a fixed response time, but accessibility reports are reviewed and prioritized based on impact.

Statement updates

We will revise this statement as accessibility practices, testing, and known limitations change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version.
